Yoga for the warriot

So I accomplished today the bird of paradise today. Pushing my body to a limit like no other. I have Yoga for the Warrior. Let me tell you some of his poses are intense. Today my hips are killing me. But alas I have moved up to starting tomorrow. Yoga for the warrior 15 minutes. Then Yoga for the warrior for an hour. They have two workouts.Then Pilates before bed. I am working my whole body out.

This is the bird of paradise. You have your arms clasped behind your back and you hold this for a whole of like 5 minutes. It burns like hell. But It is an accomplishment

Meet my friend for the next month. I have 4 wedding to go to this year and I want to look amazing. Maybe not to my former self but lets just say 30 pounds down and i will be a happy girl. Time to take my multivitamin. Just writing that makes me feel 40. But to make myself feel tons better. I got this. I get my hair died soon. Cannot wait.

So yesterday I excersize til I literally felt drunk. I have never felt a high from excersizing. I felt so loopy. 15 minutes of yoga...I call it extreme crunch time. 25 minutes of strength ...arms arms arms....20 minutes of cardio...holy crap can it ever end. Pilates has will be in complete everyday next week and 2 bob videos. The pain of my abs is horrid. My friends are killing her too. Workout buddies rule. More weight loss...need to kill baby fat :) fruit is going good and healthy dinners.v8!

I had another girls day. Went to the mall and enjoyed ourselves we deserved it. Smelly stuff, tinkerbell, and. Much more. They have a coat I would like and I will get.

Almost february!

Drinking a gallon of water is almost in my mind the worst punishment ever. Because of my water issues my stomach binds up and sometimes i get sick. Just a little, horrible allergy. It gets better when i mix it with lemons and mint.

My weight loss is going great. Working out jillian yoga, jackie, bob and denise. The strength i get from knowing i pushed my body to an unbelievable pain is amazing. Bob is nice but he burns the hell out of everything. Denise is a 55 year old barbie with a cheerleader voice. But pilates gets you moving. Jillian shes a bitch with a rage. Moves your ass amd makes you sore. Jackie is my lesbian lover so to speak. She looks amazing and makes you suffer.

I get my treadmill next weekend. I am excited and scared. That will be an hour a day on top of my 30 minutes. With two toddlers thats almost impossible. Great thing i have a husband to help when he gets home. I have so much help in my goals, it is exciting. If i stopped now i wouldnt only dissapoint myself. But the people supporting me. Espically my workout partner and new friend for mucho motivation.

This song reminds me all the tough points my husband have been through. It's been 6 years this September. And god I adore and love him. People faulted its how u deal with it that makes you who you are. No one is perfect. Sometimes it hurts but pain makes love grow and blossom and replace the pain. I could never replace my best friend, lover, or father of my children.

Honestly in my life I've learned two things people will always be hateful and jealous. And anybody who believes enemies of people are retarded. I honestly hate noone. I have forgaven a lot I just choose not to associated with people. I have better my life that way. I am so happy with my choice of friends. There a reason I choose my friends and they have been here for a long time. One is amazing in technology and loves games(since 7th grade), I have my brainless friend(literally she is missing a piece) she funny, entertainment, likes games, tries hard,(since 11th grade), my friend who.keeps me very entertained shes into cons, japenese culture, and is acheiving her dreams, loud and obnioxious (since 10th grade), Mr. Music since 11th grade he's been there for me..were like brother in sister that talks about sex and threesome Haha. I have misplaced friends, old friends that come buy, call and text and I love them too. It's just these 4 are my best friends you know the friends that u get in a fight with and that night play 7 hrs of video games. Haha or apologize and move on with your in depth conversations. I don't know why I am so lucky. I just picked them...know off on my walk.
